On March 18th 2024 our house got plugged up and water was leaking out of the clothes... washers discharge pipe, Herd man plumbing came right over, the mechanic and his apprentice quickly evaluated the situation, found the relief pipe and got their 75’ automated auger out and cleared the plug, the mechanic also inspected the exposed piping to make sure it was still intact, he did notice a small inconsequential crack, and made me aware of it he tested to make sure none of the system would leak, both he and his apprentice were very helpful and instructive on how to help prevent future problems. Brett literally went above and beyond to resolve a bad kitchen sink clog and at one point climbed on the roof to snake the pipe from the plumbing vent. Late last month (March) my 93-year-old uncle stayed with me for a few days/nights. On... the last morning of his visit, I awakened to a flooded bathroom and a very embarrassed, much-loved member of my family admitting the error of his ways. Imagine my shock when I received a call the very next morning (April 5) from Jim and Chris - two of Herdman's finest - who told they'd be at my house in 10 minutes! These two were ready, willing, able and affable to help me get that clog unclogged! Then, the moment of truth arrived: The water to the toilet was turned back on and Jim flushed the handle .............. and the toilet flushed! I guess Jim and Chris must have the magic touch because the clog had become unclogged by itself over time! I was embarrassed that I hadn't checked it myself sooner, but they were so nice about my situation.
